Finished a Hat/Booties/Sweater set for my future niece/nephew patterned after the iconic Space Invaders game we knew and loved as children.
The hat pattern was based on the Lollipop Hat by Cosette Cornelius-Bates.
The full ensemble of Space Invadery baby-wear includes multicoloured 8-bit critters marching around the entire length of the hat and sweater. All of the yarn was purchased at The Yarn Studio in Casey, Illinois.
The sweater pattern is a favourite of mine, the Baby Yoda Sweater by Cari Luna.
Cthulhu, given to me by my sister (who will be the recipient of these baby items) was kind enough to model them for me last Solstice night.
