Dryads’ Dance

The whirling dervishes of an autumn afternoon caught just on the edge of the blink of an eye, twirling in mid air as golden light slants low through increasingly bare branches.

Quiet in evening lamplight, colour and hints of gold spring to the forefront in the sun.
